Charlene Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Benefits Assistance Management Group (BAM). She founded BAM after 15+ years in the financial services industry. After the economic downturn of 2008, financial losses were at an all-time high. Charlene recognized a need and made a vow that she would do everything in her power to ensure that no household was ever left behind. Charlene has dedicated her life to educating individuals within her community on how to place safety nets around their finances and create wealth with minimal risk.
Prior to founding BAM, Charlene was an Independent agent and Trainer for Park South Group where she trained other agents and built her portfolio. She is well versed in Life Insurance, Long Term Care, Short Term Care, Health and Annuities.
Charlene is a board member of NC Rapid Response Team, financial consultant for Charlotte Housing Authority senior communities, and volunteers her time to educate on finances throughout her community.
Tiffany Miller is the co- founder of Benefits Assistance Management Group, a financial consultant and insurance agent with over 15 years of experience in financial services. She helped build this company from the grass roots. She created the agency to provide clear, comprehensive advice to those seeking a better way to not just build, but, manage and protect their assets. Weather she is working with our future leaders/young adults, the retirement community or business owners. Tiffany main objective is to encourage and empower her clients to achieve financial literacy and freedom so they cannot just live their dream but, leave a legacy.
Tiffany is a licensed professional in health, life, accident, and Medicare who is currently studying to obtain her Series 6 and 65 securities licenses this year. She is a member of (NAWBO) National Association of Women Business Owners, (NTSA) National Tax Deferred Savings, (WIN) Women Inclusion Network. Miller is innovative, with a genuine desire to look for ways to grow so that she can be able to help others improve as well.
Her journey in life as a co-owner of Infinity Tax Agency that have catered to hundreds of small business owners to her strategic partnership with NC Works formally known as NC Employment Commission as the only private company on their Rapid Response team to provide financial solutions to corporate companies laying off large, diverse groups of people in a destressed situation. Her experiences along the way have equipped her to be able to provide professional, invaluable insight, genuine support and high-quality service to thousands of families.
When the proud mother of 6 and Nana of 5 is not help her clients that she like to call family, she is relaxing on a beach watching a priceless sunset year around. Or she maybe devoting her time and resources to the non-profit boards she serves on as Treasure like : (OOHW) Out of Harm’s Way, LLC, providing care with love and dignity to mentally challenged children and adults or (EHF) Elizabeth House Foundation providing awareness and prevention of Breast Cancer or (FFS) Feeding Families Services- giving the community what they need most RESOURCES.
Tiffany believes: 1 seed of knowledge can change a person; 1 person can change a family; 1 family can change a community and 1 community at a time we can change the world’s view.
